Being Part of the Community

Giving Back to Long Island

We love being part of our Long Island community. That’s why we take advantage of every opportunity we have to give back through education and outreach programs.

We participate in health fairs, special needs education and even career day to let kids know how great it is to be a dentist! If you are an expectant mom, you might have met us at Winthrop University Hospital where we give talks about oral health during pregnancy and early pediatric dentistry. Or your kids might have reported home about our visit to their school in February during dental health month. We also volunteer with the Give Kids a Smile Campaign here on Long Island.

Our passion also extends to helping our profession. Both Dr. Ehrenman and Dr. Khan hold teaching positions. We invest time in sharing our knowledge of pediatric dentistry with dental students, as well as post graduate residents, in general dentistry and pediatric medicine at Winthrop University Hospital, Stony Brook University Hospital and Nassau University Medical Center.

If you have an event you would like us to speak at, or a talk you would like us to give, please let us know! We are here to help and educate.

Here’s Dr. Khan speaking at the Barnum Woods School Health Expo.
